Raynen is currently a practising Chartered Accountant of Singapore and has more than 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Raynen previously served as the audit senior manager at one of the top 10 accounting firms in Singapore from 2006 to 2016. Raynen founded the firm with the intention to grow the firm to mid-size firm by combining other practitioners to combine their resources so as to serve the clients better.
Raynen was an audit senior manager prior founded the firm, he was responsible to manage a portfolio of clients. These include those in the non-profit organization, engineering, manufacturing, construction, retail, system integrated companies, shipping, trading companies, research development and etc. His clients also include listed companies, multi-national companies and those involved in initial public offerings. He also has experience in assisting clients in special purpose engagements and various certifications for hospital and other government grant reimbursement claims.
He had accounting experience as an accountant with a listed company and he was assigned to oversee the operation of finance team in a subsidiary located in PRC. His role included the monthly reporting to the head office on timely basis.
Vincent is currently a practising Chartered Accountant of Singapore and has more than 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Vincent previously served as the audit partner at one of the top 20 accounting firms in Singapore from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, he held position as audit senior manager at a large mid-tier international accounting firm, audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms and Group Finance Manager of a Group with overseas operations listed on the Singapore Exchange.
Vincent was involved in the audit of different industries, including listed companies, private companies, multinational corporations and not-for-profit organisations. His portfolio ranged from lifestyle, trading, food and beverages, manufacturing, construction and shipping industry. He also has extensive experience in internal audit, financial due diligence, consolidation work and group accounts, financial accounting and reporting.
Nick is currently a practising Chartered Accountant of Singapore and has closed to 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Nick previously served as the audit partner at other firm in Singapore from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, he held position as audit manager at a large mid-tier international accounting firm.
Nick was involved in the audit of different industries, including listed companies, private companies, multinational corporations and not-for-profit organisations. He manages a portfolio primarily comprising audits of not-for-profit organisation, as well as clients in the lifestyle, trading, food and beverages, and service industries. He also has extensive experience in providing advisory services in accounting and company secretarial matters.
